You do not need a rooster to get eggs only if you what eggs to be fertilized to have chicks.

You have made GREAT use of your space. I wish more people did this. Everyone should do this, seriously, and you must save on heating costs, food costs.
very nice, but either 1 do it the hard way, by puting some coop wire along the bottom to stop any weasils stoats ferrits getting in, or put the wire ino the ground 20cm deep, so nothing can get in. i learned the hard way, i lost them all
