I like the coop design but I can tell the materials you are using would be way too expensive for my budget. I think I’ll use1x1″s for the guides and either a 1/4″ thick board material for the walls or particle board, whichever is cheapest. I am also making mine so the boxes can be cleaned out from the back. Just place a trash can under the nest and then slide the old nesting material into it rather than onto the coop floor where it then has to be swept. Also the floor of my coop is wire–

Why did you film it all sideways?? Was it a new camera and you didn’t knwo which side was up on the camera?
Also it would be a lot easier to clean of you had the back side ot the nest boxes hinged so it opened down instead of the top. Easier to get eggs also. And then you can push litter right onto ground or can to take to compost or worm bin.
