thank you Karen. the wraps came out better than expected. it is a fun
project to try. that is really great frying pan. it does not warp like the
aluminum is ones do. I will have to try that minys spray and see if it
works. I hope so. have fun at the lake I hope you’re shooting some video. I
really do enjoy them and learn it from them.. have a great night.
Nice video again Bob, I like your Mountain House reviews. Damn ticks can
ruin a good day out. I am out this weekend overnight, sure wish I had a
video camera, I will post some stills on your Facebook site if ok. For your
next cooking video how about cooking a whole chicken on a stick on an open
fire…lol. Just a thought. Thanks.
Great job man, and always love your vids. The best thing about living in my
part of the country i have nvr seen a tic, and you can sleep anywhere. I
lived in pennsylvania for 6 months at one tme and did alot of fishing.
Hated to have to worry about bugs that can give you diseases by a bite. We
have mosquitos and blackflies, bears and coyotes only that you need to
worry bout here, so im grateful for that. I may have to try some
mountainhouse , tho it is 8.99 a bag here, so costly. take care buddy
ya know I have heard a few tricks to keep away the ticks and here it goes.
one is wear panty hose. 2 is put dog flea and tick collars on your ankles.
and the one I use is. at walmart they have a sawer brand permetherian that
is made for your cloths. you can spray them down or make a wash and let it
dry. it even stays with your cloths through multiple washings. something
like 10 to 20. its not made to spray on your skin though
Another great vid Bob.I’ve got a suggestion, mainly a request ; ) .I’m from
the U.K and would love to see you do similar videos in the same location
once in every season. It would be nice to see the changes in all four
seasons where you are.I doubt you’ve thought that far ahead though. Also
have you ever done or consider doing the P.C.T trail. It’s an ambition of
mine.
LOL John, go check 3:30 and see the easter egg we all missed. It is so
obvious after he said it but I missed it twice myself. Look at 2 o’clock
from Bob in the middle of the screen. I can’t get over how I missed it.
thank you ken. sorry I made you hungry. the weather here is getting a lot
better. pretty soon I’ll be able to do an overnight just with my fleece
sleeping bag. I sure wish I knew way to keep it takes off. when I find out
I will definitely tell you. thanks for the comment and thanks for watching.
Great job, man! You should open up an outdoor, open air restaurant for
bushcrafters! BOBĀ“S HIKE IN lol! seriously,I enjoy the cooking, you do! Be
safe,my friend! Greetings from Germany! Ralf
0:55 Bob it up? Is that like burn it up! LOLOL John what do you think
should we make Bob change his channel name to “WatchingBobEat”? Don’t take
it serious Bob I’m just giving you a hard time. I know your really just
trying to impress the ladies with your cooking skills. I just can’t stop
today, Peace.
thank you John. it was definitely a pretty day out. unfortunately today it
is snowing can you believe that. I was surprised at how well that mountain
house tasted. I’m glad you like that shot. always try to find a decent
looking locations to shoot from. I know the man upstair put them here for
reason but I’m not sure what it’s for. I’m hoping some of the ticks will
die of this summer. thanks for watching John
hello UK from the US. I love to do a video like that for you sounds like
fun. I will have to pick a better spot than the 1 i use though. I wasn’t
very happy with it. I have done a p.c.t. Trail. I was at camp Philmont in
Cimarron New Mexico. we hiked 2&a quarter miles through an old mine tunnel.
it was very fun. unfortunately I don’t know if there is any place like that
around here in the Midwest. I’ll have to check around and find out. thanks
for watching brother
thank you brother I appreciate it. I tell you I hate those tic. the big
ones aren’t so bad it’s a little seed tics you gotta watch out for. they’re
very hard to find. of course I’ve never ran across the bear before. I’m
sure it would scare the crap out of me. Mountain House is it bad. but they
so darn expensive. the only way you can save money on them is by I’m in
mass quantities from the factory. that’s why I bought a food dehydrator to
start making my own meals. thanks for watching
Another MH chow video, hoooraaay! They’re always great. Enjoyed the shot
angle at 4:22 with the forest and water as a backdrop. Great show Bob. I’ve
had two ticks on me so far this year. Gives me the heebeegeebies :o(
