Not sure if you know but chicken wire only keeps chickens in. It will not keeps dog, coyote, foxes,raccoons, skunks or opossums ect out. What I have done in the past is put 2×4 welded wire over the chicken wire. Buried welded wire works better then buried chicken wire. oh the little step up into the chicken door does not need a ramp.

Are you accepting applications yet? I have a good rental history with references. I’ve been looking for a well-built unit, in a good neighborhood, with those kinds of amenities. And that’s got to be the tightest-strung chicken wire that I’ve ever seen. Beats security bars on the windows.
